[01] The invention relates to a method for renewing a track and cleaning a ballast bed.
According to AT 368 217 a method for the rehabilitation of a track substructure is known in which by means of a bridge-like first track construction vehicle, a track yoke is lifted from a ballast bed and temporarily removed in the track longitudinal direction. In the so created Umbaulücke a old vehicle gravel bedding is cleared by a second vehicle. After that - again by means of the first vehicle - a Planumschutzschichte and new ballast introduced into the Umbaulücke. On this new bedding is the storage or replacement of the old track yoke, which was housed during the ballast rehabilitation process from the frame of the first vehicle hanging on this.
From CH 657 649 a track-laying machine for the partial renewal of a track is known, which consists of a mounted on two landing gear stringer. This is placed over a track yoke to be removed, which is lifted and fixed to the beam. Thereafter, the machine is moved on crawler tracks along the track gap, using a provided at the end of the beam balancing the old ballast bedding removed and new ballast is introduced. On this, the old track yoke is then stored again.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a method of the type mentioned, with a simplified complete track renewal is possible.
[05] This object is achieved by a method of the generic type by the features cited in the characterizing part of the main claim.
[06] Such a method offers the advantage that a complete track renewal including a removal of the old rails and in parallel leading to the acquisition of new rails is possible. This eliminates the need for a two additional track locks requiring removal of the old rails or a supply of new rails, which are usually stored laterally next to the track to be renewed.
[07] Further advantages of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claim and the drawing description.

An apparent in the drawings Appendix 1 is used to renew a track 2 and for cleaning a ballast bed 3 and consists essentially of a number of track longitudinally arranged track construction vehicles, in a working direction 4 on rail bogies 5 or partially in addition to crawler tracks 6 are movable. The inventive method for track renewal begins with the partial removal of the old track 2, each by a yoke 15 is lifted by means of Jochausbaumaschine 7 to form a Umbaulücke 17 of the ballast bed 3 and transported by means of a gantry crane 16 in the direction of 4 forward (Fig. 1), where the track yoke 15 is stored on one of the - on the old track 2 moving - Gleisjoch waggons 8. The front end of Jochausbaumaschine 7 is supported on rail carriages 5 on the old track 2, while the rear end of the machine 7 rests in the Umbaulücke 17 via a lowered for this purpose crawler track 6 on the now exposed ballast bed 3.
The following in the Umbaulücke 17, also driving on lowered crawlers 6 cleaning machine 11 takes by means of a clearing chain 18, the ballast bed 3 and cleans them in a sieve 19. The cleaned ballast 20 is dropped directly over a chute 21 and behind the rear crawler track 6 leveled. In addition, there is also the alternative possibility, via a conveyor belt 22 as needed to introduce new gravel via the chute 21 in the Umbaulücke 17 and level.
As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the overburden 32 arising in the screening plant 19 is conveyed forward via a conveyor belt line 23 below the track yokes 15 laid down on the track yoke waggons 8 in the working direction 4 of the installation 1, where it via the loading trolley 9 (Fig. 1) is dropped into the silo cars 10 for storage. In order to enable the advancement of a developed track yoke 15 on the Jochenausbaumaschine 7 for storage on the first track Jaw wagon 8 unhindered, a conveyor belt 24 of the overburden conveyor belt 23 via a drive 25 is formed vertically pivotable. During advancement of the track yoke 15 through the area of this conveyor belt 24, the overburden transport is briefly interrupted.

In the rear section of Appendix 1 shown in Fig. 3, the independently movable sleeper laying machine 12 follows the cleaning machine 11 at a certain distance and is thereby with its front end on a crawler undercarriage 6 in the Umbaulücke 17 on the new or cleaned ballast 20th supported. Neuschwellen 27 are continuously deposited thereon by means of a threshold storage device 26, which are transported in layers by means of a gantry crane 28. These new rails 29 are detected on the emerging wagons 14 by means of the gantry crane 28 in pairs by means of a gripping device 30 and transported in the working direction 4 forward to a front transfer position 31. In this position, the free ends of the new rails 29 are taken over by appropriate - attached to the cleaning machine 11 - rail tongs 34 and pulled into the Umbaulücke 17 and then temporarily stored on the cleaned ballast 20 of the ballast bed 3. After Neuschwellenablage the upstream Neuschienen 29 are lifted from the ballast bed 3, spread on the Neuschwellen 27 and connected to these to form the renewed track 2.
